Or Hever, Founder of EVOLVE Health Hub, is a physiotherapist and longevity strategist with more than 17 years of experience in clinical practice, strength coaching and corporate wellness. He trained at Poznań University of Medical Sciences and the Wingate Institute, and previously served as Chief Medical Fitness at Sense Med Concept before founding EVOLVE.

EVOLVE Health Hub, which opened in Warsaw in February 2026, is a clinic-led longevity and medical exercise hub built on the premise that healthspan is a measurable, manageable system. It spans three pillars - functional diagnostics and medical exercise, a corporate wellness division (EVOLVE WORK), and a preventive longevity clinic (EVOLVE MED) - all built around DIIM, Or's clinical framework for Diagnose, Interpret, Implement and Monitor.

Or works at the intersection of clinical assessment, performance science and system design, and has developed diagnostic tools including a validated Fitness Age Calculator used across EVOLVE's programs. He's also a prominent voice in Poland's health ecosystem, having founded Healthy Expats Warsaw (6,400+ members) and Fizjoracjonalni (14,000+ physiotherapists).
