Together with his son, Alek, he spent a year traveling across five continents and 39 countries, speaking with more than 100 scientists, physicians, and health experts, from Harvard and Stanford to Okinawa and Singapore. They visited Blue Zones, longevity clinics, and research laboratories, exploring how the latest science connects with simple everyday practices that support a long and healthy life.

His Live Beyond project reaches people around the world and shows that a long, healthy life is not reserved for a select few. The premiere of the Live Beyond film, book, and app is planned for 2026.

At ELEVATE, he will share what he learned during his yearlong journey in search of the secrets of longevity.
