Molecular biologist and genomics expert with more than 20 years of experience in biotechnology, holding a PhD in medical biology and an MSc in chemical engineering. She combines clinical research and healthcare innovation with business strategy and operational execution.

An advocate of personalized medicine and multi omics approaches, she works at the intersection of biotech, genomics, digital health and AI, through strategic alliances, co-investments and commercialization. Her focus is on building local biotech capability instead of outsourcing, and on shifting care from a reactive model to a preventive one.

She has held positions at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics and at Charité University Hospital in Germany, and at the National Genetic Centre at the Ministry of Health in Oman.
